The purpose of after-sales service - the user first, our after-sales service always runs through the whole process of design, manufacturing, delivery, acceptance, installation, commissioning, use, maintenance after the warranty period!





One. Machine Manufacturing Service Commitment
After the contract is signed, the manufacturer's standard is accepted according to the finished product provided by the customer and the machine configuration parameters provided by the factory.
1. If the customer selects (mechanical equipment) we will arrange the production directly, and inform the customer of the production progress at regular intervals.
2. If the product parameters selected by the customer are non-standard products, we will redesign, manufacture and test according to the customer's parameters until completion. Throughout the manufacturing process, customers can send technicians to our manufacturing plants to supervise, inspect, and inspect the entire process of contract product manufacturing to ensure product delivery and product quality.
3. In the production process, if the customer proposes to change or add accessories on the mechanical equipment, we promise to actively cooperate with the customer.


two. Delivery, acceptance service commitment
1. The customer is notified 2 days before delivery, and it is recommended that the customer arrange the goods acceptance personnel, lifting equipment, and it is best to determine a warehouse if conditions permit.
2. When the goods arrive, we will send professionals to contact you with the necessary items.
3. When unloading, you must choose the stacking site. If it is stacked in the open air, the product should be protected from rain, moisture and anti-theft.
4. At the time of acceptance, please carefully check the quantity of the goods, ensure that the product model and quantity are consistent with the number of product models signed by the contract. If there are any omissions and timely remedial measures, the customer acceptance personnel will confirm the integrity of the packing list data and visually check the appearance quality of the product.


three. Installation and commissioning service commitment
1. Within 24 hours of receiving the customer installation notice, we will arrange a technician.
2. The technicians set the equipment installation sequence and installation precautions according to the site conditions.
3. When the technician reaches the site, the technician will determine the commissioning plan according to the site conditions and guide the customer to prepare for the commissioning; if the parameters are different from the specified values, we promise to find the cause with the fastest speed.


four. Service commitment during the warranty period
1. Service Specification: We promise that the service personnel will go to the use site, with language politeness, attitude and ambiguity, more attention, more thoughts, less talk and more work. If the after-sales personnel have one of the above situations, they can complain;
2. Those who have a bad attitude in suits and suits can complain;
3. Explain the objective reasons, state the conditions, and shirk the responsible person to complain;
4. The service is not standardized, the attitude is rude, and even those who have disputes with the customer can complain; Complaints: Once the after-sales personnel with the above-mentioned services are verified, we will deal with them seriously until the user approves them.

After-sales personnel go to the scene to determine the quality reasons in a timely manner, promptly give solutions to the problem, can be dealt with in a timely manner, immediately deal with, can not be processed in time, with the consent of the customer, take all measures that can be implemented to ensure the operation of the equipment. If you need to replace spare parts or equipment, we promise unconditional replacement, all spare parts are free during the warranty period.


six. Service commitment after the warranty period
1. Free training: User operators can go to the factory to participate in maintenance and maintenance training.
2. Regular return visits: We will provide users with a lifetime full-process tracking service.
3. Vulnerable spare parts supply: After the warranty period, spare parts are only charged for the cost, and the accessories are available at the best price for a long time.




Product quality commitment and service standards:

First, all products sold by the company are guaranteed for one year. All the parts replaced due to quality problems during the period are subject to the company's responsibility; all costs of technical services are borne by our company, and equipment parts are replaced after one year. Only charge the cost, free service charge, lifetime supply of accessories, lifetime free service.

Second, the company's service to users is divided into three parts, namely, pre-sale, sale, and after-sales.

1. Pre-sales service: After the supplier and the buyer sign the contract for the purchase and sale, the supplier will send the professional engineer to the buyer to set up, design, and assist the equipment, equipment, equipment, etc. in the production workshop. The pre-work of the installation is done well.

2. In-sale service: When the supplier's equipment manufacturing is still 7 days away from the delivery date, the buyer is required to send 2-3 professional and technical personnel for training, to the supplier's production workshop to learn the structure, assembly and maintenance of the relevant equipment. Operation and product process formula, technology, etc., until the supplier produces qualified products, pre-acceptance work, shipment and delivery.

3. After-sales service: After the supplier equipment arrives at the demander, it will dispatch professional engineers to the buyer for installation and commissioning within three days, until the qualified products are produced. If the demand-side technology needs help, the service personnel can be negotiated. Time, or uninterrupted dispatch of engineers to track quality technology until it is functioning properly.
