Use:

PE, HDPE pipe is mainly used for drainage and natural gas transportation.

The features of the extruder:

High-efficiency single-screw extruder: high speed, large capacity, good composite effect and stable extrusion.

Extrusion die: It adopts the newly designed spiral distribution runner die and built-in temperature control device to make the extrusion more uniform and more convenient to adjust.

Vacuum calibration and spray cooling bath: Advanced water ring vacuum calibration with roundness adjustment and multi-section 6m spray tank for perfect calibration; the body of the tank is made of stainless steel.

Haul off unit: 2 claw, 4 claw, 6 claw, 8 claw traction unit can be selected to meet the manufacturing requirements of different pipes.

Cutting unit: According to different requirements, we can use sawing, planetary saw cutting and chipless rotary knife cutting.

Control system: Provides various control systems, such as PLC automatic control system, to make operation easy and smooth.
