PPR three layers composite pipe production line

Production equipment introduction:

The professionally designed spiral split head die has three layers of composite, each layer has a spiral split type, the split is uniform, the pipe has no shunt marks and the surface is smooth. The whole line adopts PLC automatic control system to make the operation convenient and smooth. The production line has three layers of pipes, one of which is a reinforcing layer, which also ensures high pipe strength, high pressure resistance, and also saves raw material costs. According to the needs of customers, we can consider the production efficiency, floor space and cost savings. We can choose to produce small-sized pipes.

Production equipment features:

1. It is equipped with a special single screw extruder for polyolefin, which has the characteristics of high speed extrusion and high speed.

2. Professional separation screw for polyolefin.

3. Specially designed three co-extrusion die heads with reasonable flow path, smooth inner wall and small internal stress.

4, the production pipe diameter range φ20-φ160mm production speed up to 16 m / min.

5, a multi-purpose machine can produce HDPE silicon core tube, ordinary PP-R, PE, PEX pipe.
