The soft plastic design concept ensures the quality of the material. Very reliable and efficient design theory ensures reliable operation of the extrusion. High-torque special drive system, the teeth and shaft are high-strength alloy steel, carburizing and grinding. The newly developed screw can be applied to formulations with a high filler content. The feed ensures a good filling of the material in the screw and an optimum flow distribution. The screw has a core temperature adjustment device and good barrel cooling to ensure precise control of the material process temperature. Equipped with different die and auxiliary machine for extruding various pipes, plates, profiles and soft and hard PVC granulation.
